What payment methods do you accept?
Deposits and final balances can be seamlessly paid via Interac E-Transfer or direct bank transfer.

All deposits are strictly non-refundable and all bookings are final. If you need to reschedule your date, we will do our best to accommodate the change based on calendar availability. Do I need to bring any of my own makeup or products?
No, you do not need to bring any of your own cosmetics. The Malvarose Beauty kit is fully stocked with professional, high-definition, and waterproof products curated from global luxury brands. Leveraging a background in cosmetic techniques and product formulation, your application is tailored precisely to your skin type, tone, and preferences.
Do you have a minimum booking requirement for wedding days?
Yes. To ensure our signature, standard of care and dedicated focus for your day, Saturday bookings during peak wedding season (May through October) require a minimum spend equivalent to the Bride plus two attendees.
Why do you only book one bride per day?
We limit our schedule to just one wedding date per day so that your morning is never rushed. You do not have to worry about your artist hurrying through your bridal party to catch a second event across town. Our timeline belongs entirely to you, ensuring a peaceful experience from the first skin-prep step until you are ready to step into your dress.
Are you a mobile-only service?
Yes, Malvarose Beauty is a fully mobile service. We bring the complete luxury beauty experience—including advanced skin prep and professional lighting—directly to your getting-ready venue or home for both the trial and the wedding day.
Is travel included in your rates?
Complimentary mobile service is included for all locations within the Niagara Region, including St. Catharines, Welland, and Niagara-on-the-Lake. For destination weddings or locations outside of the Niagara Region, a custom travel fee will be provided with your initial quote.

What does the signature mini-facial involve?
Every bridal makeup application begins with a calming 20-minute skincare ritual. This includes a gentle cleanse, targeted toner, a customized full-face or eye mask tailored to your skin’s current needs, and a deep moisture infusion. Proper skin prep ensures your makeup looks seamless in photography and remains flawless for over 14 hours.
Are lashes and touch-up kits extra?
No. We believe a luxury service should be entirely seamless. Premium custom lash application, specialized color-correcting, and HD waterproof products are included in every single service fee. The bride and her party (when booked as a group) will also receive custom-blended touch-up kits to maintain their look throughout the venue.
What happens if I have a large bridal party?
To preserve a relaxed morning timeline and ensure no one is sitting in a chair too long, a trusted associate artist will be brought in for bridal parties of four or more people. This ensures everyone receives the exact same standard of luxury care without rushing the morning.

Why is a bridal trial required for every Malvarose Bride?
Your wedding day is not the time for guesswork. A 2-hour bridal trial is a mandatory foundation for our services because it acts as the creative and technical blueprint for your wedding morning. During your session, we analyze your skin type, test how your skin reacts to specific products, and perform precise color matching. We also execute a high-definition flash-photography check to guarantee your makeup looks seamless both in person and under professional camera lenses. This ensures that when your wedding morning arrives, we skip the experimentation and fast-track straight to execution in a relaxed, stress-free atmosphere.
When should I schedule my mandatory bridal trial? Because most brides secure their wedding date 6 to 12 months in advance, we offer two timeline options for your 2-hour trial depending on your preference:The Immediate Preview (For Peace of Mind): If you are new to our services and want to finalize your beauty direction early, we can schedule your trial within 30 to 60 days of booking your date. This allows you to experience the skin-prep ritual and see your custom-blended look right away.
The Classic Timeline (Closer to the Date): If you prefer to wait until your overall bridal aesthetic is finalized, we recommend scheduling the trial 2 to 4 months before the wedding day. This allows us to perfectly align your makeup with your finalized gown, hair styling, and seasonal skin profile.
Can I book a trial before securing my wedding date?
Absolutely, you are more than welcome to book a standalone trial. Please note, your wedding date is not officially held on our calendar until a signed contract and deposit are received. Since prime wedding dates book out up to a year in advance, we highly recommend securing your date early to avoid disappointment.
